Słoneczne Barczewo is a new residential investment commissioned under the General Contracting formula. The construction of the multi-family building began in the third quarter of 2021.

The investment was completed and put into use in the first quarter of 2023. The building has five above-ground floors, including the ground floor, and one underground floor serving as a multi-space garage hall. The investment included the construction of 40 apartments with a total usable area of 1,750.83 m², along with internal and external technical networks, land development, parking lots, fencing, and small architecture.
