Inicjatywa Budowlana Appointed as General Contractor for Focus Hotel in Olsztyn

A new prestigious hotel investment is emerging in Olsztyn, set to transform the image of the city center. Inicjatywa Budowlana Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Dachland, has been appointed as the general contractor for the redevelopment of the former Business Center building at the intersection of 1 Maja and Partyzantów streets. In its place, a modern Focus Hotel will be built, becoming the first in the region to join the renowned chain of this brand.

The long-abandoned building will be given a completely new life, transforming into a four-star hotel of high standard. The interiors will be fully modernized to meet the requirements of a hotel facility, and the entire space will be adapted to ensure comfort for both business guests and tourists visiting Olsztyn.

Focus Hotel in Olsztyn will offer 79 comfortable rooms and suites, including elegant executive rooms with views of the historic city center. Guests will have access to a spacious lobby, which will become the heart of the hotel, as well as a restaurant serving dishes inspired by regional cuisine. The facility will also feature a modern conference area, enabling the organization of business meetings, training sessions, and conferences.

A significant advantage of the hotel will be its underground garage with 25 parking spaces, along with the region’s first car elevator, allowing guests convenient parking in the city center. The investment also includes social and technical facilities, such as utility rooms, a laundry, and storage areas, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel on a daily basis.

Construction work has already begun and includes a comprehensive modernization of the interior and adaptation of the building to its new function. The original structure of the building will be preserved, but the entire facility will be refreshed and adapted to contemporary standards. The investment is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025, with the hotel opening marking an important step in the development of Olsztyn’s tourism infrastructure.

Thanks to this project, the city will gain not only a modern hotel but also a prestigious venue that will revitalize the center of Olsztyn and attract new visitors. The President of Inicjatywa Budowlana Sp. z o.o. and Dachland, Marek Maleszka, emphasizes that participating in this project is a great honor for the company. “We are proud to be part of this exceptional investment.
