1. Service Engineer Salary: 5,000–7,000 PLN gross/month.
   Responsibilities: verification of documentation and warranty claims, determining the scope of work, coordination of service and repairs.
   Requirements: higher education in construction, experience in construction investments, proficiency in MS Office, Category B driving license.
2. Construction Cost Estimator Salary: 5,000–7,000 PLN gross/month.
   Responsibilities: supervision of project execution, analysis of budgets, schedules, and offers.
   Requirements: higher education in construction, cost estimation skills, proficiency in CAD software, Category B driving license.
3. Construction Engineer Salary: 5,000–6,500 PLN gross/month.
   Responsibilities: supervision of construction works, quality control, coordination of subcontractors in a hotel project.
   Requirements: construction education, experience in project execution, knowledge of regulations and technical drawings, Category B driving license.
4. Contract Manager Salary: 13,000–14,000 PLN gross/month.
   Responsibilities: team management, supervision of investment execution according to the schedule and budget, cooperation with subcontractors.
   Requirements: one year of experience in managing construction projects, construction education, knowledge of construction law, Category B driving license.
5. Construction Engineer Salary: 6,000–8,000 PLN gross/month.
   Responsibilities: execution of construction projects according to the schedule, quality control, supervision of subcontractors.
   Requirements: technical education, at least one year of experience in a similar position, knowledge of construction standards, Category B driving license.
6. Construction Manager Salary: 10,000–13,000 PLN gross/month.
   Responsibilities: supervision of the entire construction investment, coordination of subcontractor work, project acceptance.
   Requirements: construction education, construction qualifications, at least two years of experience as a construction manager, Category B driving license.
